This luxury real estate is being developed by YTL Westwood Properties Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of YTL Land) – part of Malaysia’s YTL Group which has a rich corporate history of more than 60 years and was first being set up as a construction firm back located in Kuala Selangor. Their ventures in Singapore have been rather selective as they are mostly located in the luxurious Sentosa Cove and being the developer of 3 Orchard By-The-Park, this will be their maiden project on Singapore’s mainland.

YTL Land paid heed to the demands of the market and began to embark on more ambitious developments around the country. Three decades on, YTL Land has since gone on to earn a name for itself as a full-fledged developer with a particular penchant for aesthetically-appealing lifestyle concepts, as can be seen in its Sentul, Lake Edge and Pantai Hillpark centerpiece projects as well as its award-winning developments of Sandy Island and Kasara, The Lake in Singapore’s luxurious Sentosa Cove enclave.

Architect & Designer:

Antonio Citterio is an Italian architect, furniture designer and industrial designer who lives and works in Milan. From 1987 to 1996 worked in association with Terry Dwan, designing buildings in Europe and Japan. In 2000, with Patricia Viel, founds “Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel” a cross-disciplinary practice for architecture and interior design. The firm works internationally, developing complex projects on all scales in collaboration with a qualified network of specialist consultants.

Antonio Citterio currently works in the industrial design sector with companies such as Ansorg, Arclinea, Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hermès, Iittala, Kartell, Maxalto, Sanitec (Geberit Group), Technogym and Vitra. In 1987 and in 1994 Antonio Citterio was awarded the “Compasso d’Oro” prize. From 2006 to 2016 has been professor of Architectural Design at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio (Switzerland). In 2008 the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce of London awarded him the title of “Honorary Royal Designer for Industry”.
